Shannae Jaccard is a Canadian artist based in Kamloops, BC and recently received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at Thompson Rivers University. Her work has been featured in exhibitions from 2020 to 2025, and often includes light-hearted themes that aim to uplift viewers. Shannae enjoys experimenting across various media, including digital and analog photography, digital and traditional drawing, video, acrylic and oil painting, as well as sculpture.

Her art addresses a range of topics, from obscure subjects like insects and tentacles to personal references, such as monochrome portraits of loved ones. Greatly influenced by Claes Oldenburg’s art exhibition, The Store (1961), Shannae often specializes in food-themed sculpture works, showcasing playful, oversized, life-sized and miniature depictions of sunny-side-up eggs, buttered pancakes and more! Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Shannae always ensures that each of her works is crafted to the very best of her ability. She believes in making art purely for enjoyment, to brighten the moods of those who may encounter her pieces.
